4/5 Point harness with Del Sol seats ?

4/5 Point harness with Del Sol seats ?
Just curious... if I wanted to add a 4/5 point harness to my car for solodex and various racing events... would I be able to do so with my Del Sol Seats or are they too weak to hold up incase I tangle with a wall ?
