Received my Intercooler, Mothers Metal Polish works Great!
Just receieved my intercooler couple days ago, and wow! Looks great! But yet, i somewhat want it to polish up and look better?
When i receieved it.

So I went out and bought MOTHERS INCREDIBLE BILLET METAL POLISH, which works for aluminum, billet, brass, gold, and other polishable metal! Which I assume it to work ok, but WOW, I am damn impressed! -=D

This was how it look before. Was still nice. -

After a 30 sec rubbed on and off of the Mother Metal Polish. Wah la! Mirror finished! It even gave the beads a nice Shiny finish!

Time to complete the rest of the Intercooler. -
Maybe another round to go over it one more time, to give it a best of the best look to it~
Side to Side comparison. -
bad images, need better lighting, but you guys get the point. -

MOTHERS INCREDIBLE BILLET METAL POLISH I give a thumbs up!

I had thought so too! Was thinking about letting some profession polish shop do the whole intercooler for me, but I ran across this and gave it a try and wow. Screw paying $$$ for someone else to polish it when you can! I will hook up my buffer and see how it will turn out, instead of doing it by hand. -=P

Actually it was pretty pricey. $11 at autozone, but in my opinion.. Its well worth it. You will need to use about 10% of what it came with for the whole intercooler.
There was another simliar product from MOTHERS also. Which was made only for aluminum and something else...(forgot)...For $4? Who knows that will work the same? but i risked the bet and bought the $11 bottle. and FVKIN Wow?!

Wait till I post a finishing touch to it. One by hand and another with the buffer. -=P

Heres few more pictures of the whole intercooler being done. I just did it real quick, just to take these pictures. TOmorrow or so, I will get the buffer out and work on it. -=P Then the real polishing begins, but for now, hand polishing isn't so bad.
Still need some more cleaning up to do, but for now..Here it goes..
