like the topic says how much should i expect to buy one for also can u guys include shipping costs. and do u think it would be better if i ordered it from a private seller or a place like hmototrs online thanks oohhhh yeah i want the JDM mototr not the usdm

Well if it's a private seller you will get a better price usually, but make sure they have paperwork for it, otherwise it might be stolen. I hear in Cali they pop the hoods often so it's nice to have paperwork. Some websites have some pretty good prices (don't know any offhand, although I'm sure other people have some). As far as getting a quote from an Acura dealership, well considering they wanted to charge me 6 dollars for one screw I wouldnt think they would have great prices on engines.

yep.. brian has good stuff..
new, from Acura, expect to spend between 5,000 and 7000 depending on who you know.. and this will not come with things like ECU, axles, IM, TB, etc.. that's just the assembled head, block, and tranny (w/LSD)..
