Default '04 EP3 window - Auto up/down no worky

I have an '04 EP. I installed an intake on it and had to remove the battery to make it easier. Everything installed perfectly and runs great. My only problem is the auto up/down on my driver's window doesn't work. Any ideas on what needs to be fixed?

You need to reinitialize it. Close the window all the way and keep holding the switch down for at least two more seconds. Then do the same going up. That should get the auto function working again.
