I have my front bumper disassembled right now to discover what else I damaged in my front end accident. I found out my rebar was slightly bent and shifted to the drivers side. Anyways would I be able to install my bumper without the rebar? Or is this not recommended.
When you say the rebar I'm guessing you mean the bumper rail. I posted once about weight reduction and some said to get JDM bumper supports because the are lighter. I thought at the same time just remove the rail assembly and call it a day, when I mentioned it in the post everyone responded with stuff like "good luck in a wreck!" and "Don't let the cop figure out thats gone!" Most drag racers remove the bumper rail because the car usually has a full roll cage and is not intended for street use.

If you get into a front end collision, your engine is more likely to sustain damage if the bumper support isn't there. So, at least keep it for your engine's sake and the possibility of swapping if you were to ever get into a front end collision (again) and decided to swap the engine to another car.
Bumper supports (rebar) run around $65-$70 at a junk yard. Your bumper can me mounted without one, but if you get into an accident your frame might get messed up.
