Car idling jumps when slowing down...

When decelerating and the car reaches around 15 mph it kinda jolts like you have hit the brakes really hard. Idling is pretty rough when you're just sitting, too. Any ideas what it could be?

sounds like misfiring. Check engine light coming on?

Nah, no check engine light at all.
