CAI for 94 EX?

CAI for 94 EX?
I recently bought an AEM CAI off a friend for my 94 EX coupe but the intake is for a 99 SI. It seems to be 3" diameter. Is the one for my car 2.5"? Is it going to hurt the performance to keep the CAI I have now?
It fits fine in the car. The only two areas of doubt are the hole for the MAP(?) sensor and going from a 3" pipe to what seems to be a 2.5" throttle body.
Any help?

no, it isn't going to hurt. The only time it would hurt is if you were running extremely high boost and needed a perfectly smooth intake track. I would be happier with the 3".
