EF CRX Springs
The time has come.

Im ready to lower it, im going strictly preformance, I love to autocross :]
I plan on getting the Neuspeed racing springs and was wondering if there was another bang for the buck the was better then this.
These are currently 2.25 Front drop
and 2 rear drop, Thats nearly a perfect fit. ive measured.

Ground Control coil-overs would be my suggestion...I have H&R race springs and wish I had the GC for the fact that you can find different spring rates and you can also corner weight your car.
Ground controls are nice. I've never liked the idea of none adjustable set ups (i.e. lowering springs.) I say save a little more and get some coilovers. Also, what shape are your shocks in? Are you going to replace those as well?
As a side note....do you have POSITIVE camber in the back? Yikes.
