I want to change the springs/Shocks because it seems hard and the original owner never fixed it. What brand should I check and how much?
Also, it's a manual transmission and my brother told me to change some fluids and stuff which I don't know. Anyone knows what he's talking about?
I'm trying to repair it, so it can last me a couple of months, while I learn how to master a manual car. Afterward when I feel confidence, I might be interested to hooking it up.
Also, there's seems to be water in my driverside headlights. How can I prevent water from getting in?
Thanks in Advance!

Utilize the search function. No one can tell you what is "best" and what will work best for you. You have to research it and perhaps do some experimentation.

The Manual Transmission Fluid is what he's referencing. It's popular to use GM Synchromesh in Honda transmissions due to the reduced wear characteristics associated with it.

Common problem with Integra's. Remove the headlight assembly, bake it and separate it, let it dry completely, and then reseal it with clear silicone.

if the suspension feels hard, then thats a good thing.
tranny fluid change http://www.team-integra.net check in the article section
water in the headlight? is it cracked?
you may be able to use a silicone and seal it if its leaking at the glued point.
