I want to raise my coilovers, but lost the tool. How do I adjust my coilovers?

 

You are going to have to get a new tool. If you have Ground Controls then you might be able to get another allen key from the hardware store. But if you have the normal coilovers with the dual locking perches, then you need the tool.

 

I lost mine too, a while ago and I just contacted someone who sells em and they were able to get me the wrenches pretty cheap...

 

what i want to know is how are you suposted to know if all four are completely even??

yep....i usually count then number of threads from the bottom of the sleeve to the perches

 

Just use a tapemeasure. I just measure the distance from the bottom of the coilover sleeve to the bottom of the perch. Then I measure the distance from the ground to the edge of the fenderwell. Making sure the tapemeasure goes through the middle of the rim. But that's just me. Counting the # of threads is not very accurate, because that's what I use to do.

 

i count the rotations
