Default where does this wiring harness plug into??

yes, my engine bay is dirty .....can someone tell me where this wiring harness plugs into....i bought the car with this not plugged in and haven't gotten a manual for the car yet....thanx

Looks like the harness for the OEM foglights.
yes! that is for the oem fog lights.
