90 Hatch with a B20 and a b16 tranny..

Wut should i run in the quarter mile...??/ I plan i buying this motor from hmotorsonline..so yea...and i wanna buy turbo later on...wuts the most boost a stock b20 block can handle? I wanna bet my friend with a stock sohcvtec motor boostin 9 pounds running 12.7 and 107...Freakin fast..can i bet him or wut?
