shoot him in the nut maybe he'll change his mind. It hard for a type r to get that with e/h/i, let alone a rs/se/gs/ls model.

not at all. I think rs/ls dyno around 11x to the wheels, and the i/h/e combo will add 15 hp at best. with your above mentioned mods, I would say around 130 -135 at the wheels.

Really? Where the **** can I get an i/h/e combo that makes that much power?!?! LOL - common misconception - don't believe the advertised hp numbers...

i/h/e makes different power for each car... However, on an auto non-vtec teg - i/h/e will probably only make like 3-5 whp(if your lucky)... In some cases a header and exhaust would decrease torque numbers as well... 180 to the wheels along with the torque converter, would be near impossible without boost or nitrous. So that guy don't know ****...

my friend got around 6 whp with his jun spec cams in his jdm b16. and that was tuned .. so with all that plus ihe ur looking at around 130 range... thus being a ls motor... its not really a serious motot for N/A... thats why mine is stock right now, cause a 1000 bux worth of i/h/e isnt gonna make a big diff, hell a 1000 more and i can have a decent used turbo kit. i sold my drag kit of my old 98 gs for 2200 and it was mint... so why spend a 1000 on new i/h/e

you guys are full of it.
i/h/c/e and some nice cams you can easily put down 150.
I'm not saying he can use it well being an auto but he'll get a ton more than 6 hp out of cams if he does it right...

with TUNING of course

ya its been proven with just 403's that you can hit 152 hp or so.Theres even dyno's and thread's about it.And that hp is at 7k where a gsr hits 115-120 stock.404's and better valvetrain and pistons and intake manifold have been proven too hit 180 or so and 140 torque.A b18b is a good motor for all motor, just because it does not have vtec does'nt mean it cant move!

You should be able to hit 140+whp if you perform the listed mods using quality parts that work well together.

just take the easy way out and spray the bitch, you will save money and u will get the HP you want when u want.. or go boost if u have the cash... i/h/e is a waste of money for LS motors IMO
