Default New to Preludes

Hey guys,
I will hopefully be getting a Prelude soon. Right now I'm looking at a 92 Prelude S Coupe. I was wondering what yall thought of the model, the pros and cons. What are some common problems to look for? I understand this model comes with the F22a engine, a H22a would just be a direct swap, right, since it came in the other model Preludes? Sorry that these are such newbie questions, but I just want to make sure this is a good car that doesn't have any differences for dropping in a H22a. Thanks, Matt.

it's a direct swap with a few wires that need to be done.

the only differnces you'll be looking at in an S are obviously the motor, smaller brakes and different interior.

The S is fun but don't expect it to be fast at all until you do a swap or a lot of work to the F22. I've got '93 S.

it's also not prewired for vtec... so if your planning on getting an h22 swap, it wouldbe ALOT easier to just get a 93+ S.
A benefit to the S's, however is their weight. I took out my a/c and stripped my trunk, and with all other current mods my lude weighed a mere 2660 with a half tank of gas.
I wish I had power locks too- the only thing I really miss . Good luck and feel free to ask any questions to me if you feel the need, just PM (private message) me by clicking on my name and finding the link on that page.

Hooo-raaah for the 92 S. Im too poor for a swap right now though, which kind of sucks. Im trying to sell some **** right now though and hopefully get one soon.... h23 turbo would be fun too, but then again im still too poor. All these great ideas > the money i have. f22 turbo isnt too shabby of an idea...
