no it does not. u will have to get a wire harness and connect them. the 94-01 integra all have the 86 and up plugs. the 99-00 civic has 98 and up plugs.
u will need 2 plugs, 1 that plugs into the 98 up and one that plugs into the ITR radio. if u need them, i have both in stock.
