Need help cut engine and interior harness, wiring help????

Ok i just bought a 97 4 door gsr for $.Car is theft recovery so the engine harness is cut up bad. Also the cluster was stolen so they cut the plugs off. So what i wanna know is will i have to change the interior harness or can i fix that one. I know the engine one can be replaced. Also one of the plugs from the firewall harness is cut. How hard is it to fix this. I have all cut plugs except for cluster. Need help.
