Second one today... Believe me it's killing me too.
I'm in the process of trying to buy my first home, but my debt to income ratio isn't quite where it needs to be, so the R's got to go. I wish I had another option that was reasonable, but I don't. I have just hit 14K miles, and with the exception of ES motor mount inserts, it has remained otherwise stock. I'm looking for is my payoff which is $21,500, but may have to accept most reasonable offer.

Please, serious inquiries only.. AguireH@aol.com

do a no stated income loan...you may suffer a % hit, like 3/4 to one point, but it was worth it for me when I just recently bought my house...

no way in hell I was getting rid of the R.....they'd have to rip it from the grip of my cold, dead hands

I appreciate the tip, typer98. I'll bring that up to my lender tommorrow. If there is any way I can get this done without losing the R, I'm all for it. What really sucks is that the roads out where the house is being built are smooth, curvy, hills.. I've just started to love the R that much more..

reason I had to do it, was my income to debt ratio...I had two car loans under my name (one for my g/f, but I couldn't include her income, just her debt) they'll get you anyway they can
