will sedan/wagon fenders/hood/bumper fit onto an 89 hatch?
will the front fenders from a sedan or wagon fit onto an 89 hatch? i just bought my first honda. its an 89 hatch with 138k miles and a crunched front end. it followed me home for a hundred bones. i need fenders, a hood and the ds fender. i cant find a hatch in red, only other colors. there is a 90 sedan that was rear hit with good paint. i want to swap the front end, will it fit? thanks for any help o honda gurus!

Anything can be done, of course, now you're taking 2 completely different company cars (sedan isn't made by honda) and trying to fit it onto your civic. Do yourself a favor, find another 89 civic hatch, and swap it from there, otherwise you'll run into a project that will cost more than your car is worth.

what do you mean the sedan isn't made by honda? what do they call the 4 door civics then? i have noticed that the crx dashes are the same as the hatch. will crx fenders and hood fit? i have 6 local j-yards to go to, there is an 87 crx at one its the right color. will they fit?

hes right 88+ will work crx,sedan and hatch are the same front end from 88-91 and the guy who said that there are no honda sedans is fukin retarded.And you wonder why his icon is a jackass.

Just steer clear of the wagon body parts alltogether, they're wagon only. I should know I have a wagon and I'm always looking for parts to fit it. Fenders, hood and bumpers will not fit properly and vise versa hatch and sedan body parts will not fit the wagon. Headlights will, side corners won't. Ugh, got tons of junk hatches,sedans by me ...no wagons
