That name looks familiar.. I think there was a thread where he scammed someone else except the guy went all the way down to his house and got his **** + other stuff back. I'll try to find it.

 

that mother ****** scammed jdmspoonitr or something like that, there's an 11 page thread in the ITR section. apparently this guy has scammed 5+ people on this board alone. somebody needs to teach him a lesson

 

This guy didn't get his stuff back, but I seem to remember the same person scamming someone else and he got his money back, or something like his dad was a cop and gave him a bunch of other stuff on top of his money?

Paypal made the transaction reversal too easy for people. All they have to do is open up a new account. Buy something expensive, recieve the product, and put a reversal.

I looked up this Thuy Sayphanna, and it looks like he got caught on March 14, 2004 for Fraud and Drug related (didnt say what kind)

License suspended in 2002

Apparently he's been sending things over to the 3636 address and picking them up.

your fucked though. the people that have been scammed by him have contacted the police, the feds, and even been to his house and done all kinds of investigation on how he really is and where he really live......... so far it hasnt gotten them any where. im sorry to say this, but it looks like your out 300$!!!

Well I think your money is gone, but hes been caught. They raided his real home address and everyone that got scammed by him should be real happy. Atleast the crime is out of the street. Just think as you paid 300 dollars to put that man in jail.

Sorry you lost your money but atleast that person can no longer steal or fraud again.
