Default coolest 8 way ITB

This is a new ITB design from a friend of mine. He is a buggy racer with a B16a2 engine in it.
He build this for the biggest power band over a high rev range.
The 8 individual ports are straight to the valves, so the air velocity is way higher at lower revs.
It gives only 8HP peak power more than a normal intake manifold but the mid power is massive!!
He drove some parts of the track only on his back wheels!!!

Have you ever seen something like this?????

Got to give him a LOT of credit for putting that together and making it all work.

That certainly is impressive. I dont imagine it being a very cheap piece to make either.

What does he use for a filter element during his racing or does he leave it open for the dirt to find its way in...

Its even better!
He also did this on a S2000 engine!

No its not a 1 april joke.

He runs it with imitation Toda D cams and he reversed the engine rotation to match the rotation of the Porsche gearbox!!

The filter is 1 big foam filter over the ITB

This guy is way the smartest Honda mechanic in Holland!
