ok i am doing a motor swap in a 93 accord lx from a f22 to an h23 from a prelude si. i was wondering if the ecu's are interchangeable? I dont know if anyone needs more info but if so just ask. thanks

 

I am not sure on that but I think if you converted your car to obd1 it would work

 

you can run the h23 off of the f22 ecu but the h23 ecu reads a knock sensor youul have wire a knocksensor and iab if you use h23+ecu

 

the h23 is from a 94 prelude so it still has the obd1.... and can you explain more about this knock sensor? i got the who front subframe, and by whole subframe i mean brakes and everything, so the motor has the iab but i dont know about this knock sensor thing.... any more info would be very much appreciated

 

put it this way if you use a ecu that reads a knock sensor and its not hopked up it will not perform right . the ecu cuts performance.you would just have to wire one wire to the ecu
