Default b17a in a 88 civic hb

My friend wrecked his 92 GSR and he is taking the motor out an putting it in a 88 civic hb. with AEM cold air, pulleys, and fuel rail what would you guess the 1/4 mile time would be? he says 13.9 is his goal but when he had his 92 GSR he was looking at my tail lights when he raced my 92 GS with intake, exhaust, short shifter, and I believe he had more things done to his as well. im guessing he just cant race...

a 92 GSR should easily beat a GS. He couldn't drive. And a B17 will pull abolut the same times as a b16A, which is usually mid 14's to low 15's.

Yea im guessing that he cant drive too because when he ran it his best time was a 16.5 or something then another kid drove his car and ran a 15.5 in it. Last time I ran my car was a 15.9.
