Thats crazy! sohc fo life....but I have to say 15.5 psi and no blow off valve is a bad thing unless its hidden somewhere down there??

Nice numbers.. I didn't think the greddy turbo would make that. My friend (Yellowturbo) put down approx. 260 at 15 psi.

 

I just dont believe this... cuz past on my car with the same setup there were like no power after 6000 rpm and I made 260 whp with a good tuner...

and I had a 2.5 inch DP... 3 inch exhaust with no cat...

I haven't poked around the performance forums in awhile. It's nice to see more people are building up SOHC motors. Everyone kept telling me to get a DOHC but I just had to be different.

I am curious why people say the greddy turbo kit won't make that much horsepower? Is it that the turbo isn't that good or is it because the pipes are so small? I was planning on installing tubular manifold, 3inch downpipe, and 70mm throttle body in a few months. Will these free up the engine a bit or is it a waste of time?

I talked to an engineer at hahn racecraft..he told me it would max around 320ish or so..and it held true..how much boost were you running? and what motor?
