Default Source for Service Manual?

Hi;
I'm looking for a good place to buy the Honda Service Manual online before I do any wrenching on my girlfirend's '99 Civic EX...any suggestions?

Apparently Helms prints the OEM manual, which is exactly what I want...most of the Chiltons or Haynes manuals (for various cars and bikes) I've seen are either full of errors or incomplete. I don't mind paying for accurate info.
