Take it to a reputable shop, and sign a blank check.

lol..why would you want a 150 shot?
on top of that a turbo?
what do you want to go on a 200 mile stretch spraying the whole way?
a 150 shot IMO, is too big to go along with a turbo.
if you want to spray a little bit while under boost to get a big turbo to spool faster.. hey more power to you, but you WILL not need a 150 shot. Infact, it's a very good idea, but all of it will go unused. it's too much. a small 55 shot or less will do the trick for you.
your price range of 1500-2000 will not even get you a turbo kit, man.
Let alone the nitrous, re-enforcment parts( i.e sleeves, block girdle, valve train, etc..), labor(obviously you couldnt install that yourself).. your looking at quite a chunk of change there bro.
i would buy part after part on a budget. Build up to a sweet setup over the span of like 2 years. unless you hit the lottery.
if you definitely want to spray and boost.
then go with a really husky turbo like sc-63 or BIGGER..even them innovative t70's.. you can spray to make up for a lot of turbo lag in lower rpm's.
but dude, it's a project..takes time and MONEY!
be careful.

Take your whole budget and get a NX direct port kit and run the 150 shot till it blows. Then do it right.
I'd disagree on the turbo, you can find sick deals on Ebay. I got almost a complete turbo (custom mind you) setup for $800 everything was new except the intercooler. Dyno + Installation will only cost me $600. The only thing I'm missing from the setup is a turbo timer and a external blow off valve which is very easy to attain. As far as a 150 shot, I wouldn't even do it.

Use the turbo kit for the power, dont run the nos its too unpredictable. On your budget its going to take some time to find a great deal like you need but if you wait you can do it on e-bay. What you would get quailty wise ?????? But plan on 600- or so for labor if you ont do the labor your self.
