Default Went to the track for the first time - relativly stock 97 jdm type R motor

I have a 95 gsr chasis with a 97 jdm ITR motor...

Out of four runs my best was a 14.54

r.t 1.224
60'ft 2.389
1/4 14.54
MPH 97.41

The motor is all stock except an AEM CAI and header back 2.5 straight pipe...

only lightweight mods i did was pull out the spare tire...

my other runs were a 14.8 and a 15.0 and 15.1

My problem is i have 17in tenzo passion 5rims on crappy kumho ecstas. i am trying to get some drag radials and rims before i go back friday... or at least some lighter rims

is this time decent at all?
what improvements could i make...
Chris

Pretty good. Looks like you fell asleep at the light.

Chris, who doesn't consider intake/2.5 straight back exhaust "stock"

yea i was a little slow i had one .105 R/T but that was my slowest run.. seemed like the slower the R/T the faster the ET... after reading AA's post on how to's on drags he said that r/t really isnt important... and sorry if the stock seemed misleading... but that just seems like everyone has that.. to me those are pretty weak mods...
