Alright, before I start rambling on I just wanted to let you guys know that I searched this forum and looked at other forums too but I couldn't find a straight answer. Everyone says buy a 90-91 Integra distributor cap and rotor so I went to autozone and picked up that cap and rotor. Of course I didn't take the one off of my b16a to compare so I just said sure it looks right . Well long story short the 90-91 cap is about half the size of the b16a's and the cap off of my CRX looks like it'd go on before the one I got from autozone did. So heres my question to people that have done the swap. What cap and rotor did you use? If you bought from autozone do you have a part number so I can just tell them that?

i used a 90-91 integra cap rotor on my b16 sir1. i got mine from the dealer though. you might have gotten the wrong part. it took 3 water pumps for them to get it right for me. good luck

 

I've used both a 90-91 Integra cap and a 88-91 Civic/CRX cap. Both fit perfect. I don't understand what you mean by the 90-91 cap being half the size of the B16's cap. For the rotor, I used an 88-91 Civic/CRX rotor.

 

Maybe I'll take a picture of it tomorrow next to my b16a1 cap. You might be right kanzenr91si because it was just the cap in an unsealed box. So yeah I guess someone coulda got it mixed up.
