Switch 98 Spec 36mm ITR brakes to 32mm ?????

Is it possible to switch the front 98 spec JDM 36mm brakes to the 32mm...I would rather run 32mm axles...which part would I need....4? 6?

i THINK 4 and 25 would be needed, and also possiblly the hub from the USDM spec itr not sure though you could have some one messure the two and see the difference
