Default 89 civic automatic dpfi to mpfi help please

My friend switched his 89 automatic 4 door civic from dpfi to mpfi he used a d16z6 head and he bought the ps9 computer because it being automatic. it is flashing code 20 witch is electronic load dector or something well if u turn the car off the code still flashes and the battery light and oil light are staying on what is the prob is the wiring or what????

for a code 20

with the ignition off, open the main fuse box, the one in the engine bay. now pull out the 3 wire connector, it should have a blk, blk/yel, and a grn/red.

turn the ignition switch on and test for battery volts between the blk and blk/yel wires. there should be battery volt.

go do that and let me know the results
