last night i was bored driving around i decided to do a brake stance....

i rev to 5k dump it yank the e-brake and i didn't see no smoke or smell anyclutch
i hear a clickin noise.......luckiy i had lsd my driver side went out i kinda limp all the way home should i get a stock replacement or go with a GATOR from fast-turbo.com any other recommendation

i see this as a good thing better then happening at the track this sunday..........

 

if its just a axle then just go to auto zone

yea, doesn't autozone have that lifetime warranty thing? I think someone mentioned it before, around $70 for a new one, and from then on just bring the old one for an exchange, or something like that.

 

only hear good stuff about raxles

 

i fyou got money for the gator then why not....its a good upgrade. but if you just need the car to move...then autozone or pepboys.

 

thanks to redzone performance in san jose, ca the axle i had was covered....they just charged me labor for the axle swap


they were shocked at how i cracked it i wish i had pics the ppl took it as a core charge........it snapped clean at where it locks into the tranny..........the gear part


then they found my oil pan is crushed from a rock i hit on the freeway that same day....i was leakin hella oil......the rock- was the size of 2 fist.......my car is like hovering over the ground .....that rock did some damage..

i should be getting my car soon......tonite i think its 8:02pm right now

 

id go with gator or at least some kind of aftermarket axle. no autozone stuff..
