After I installed my intake i def notice a deeper intake noise from engine compartment. I expected that but whats wierd is around 3000-4000 rpm it makes a distinctive whissling sound. Sounds similar to squiking belt but im sure its the intake. Do any of yours make this noise?

That noise is good. It means you are getting great airflow through the filter... EVERYONE WITH CAI HAS IT....

not necessary CAIz make that noise but short ram intakes do make the same noise. i kinda like it. sounds like little blow off valve.
