You will have to fab or make something for brackets.
Why do you want the seats? they have no support.

or swap over the entire CRX pivot/rail assy onto the civic seats

a friend of mines have 99-00 Si seats in his '91 hatch. 3 of 4 bolts line up. They sit high also.

Not worth it dude! I pulled my seats out of my 2k Si and wouldn't dare put them in my REX Si. Like the last guy said, they have no support. Some of the best are 95-96 LS Integra seats...now those have some support. Get some decent aftermarket seats if you can afford them and mess around with fabing up brackets for those if they are not available.

Aren't the 99-00 Civic si rails placed farther apart than 88-91 civic/crx rails? So that wouldn't work.

Cause when I bought my Corbeau seats, it came with the EG bracket/rails, they were too far apart to mount in my crx. Those people probably weld the rails on the seat pans cause I also saw a crx si seat in an ITR once.

the reason i am thinkin about putting the seats in my car is that i have a crx hf the seats are in pretty good shape but i got a pair of seats from a civic just sitting in my room for free and i figured why not put the civic seats in my hf and put the hf seats in the si crx cuz the seats in it are not that great.

so could i use the brackets and seat rails off the crx seats? or am i going to have to make some kinda brackets?

You are right on man with the rails spacing issue...I think Super Street or someone just had an article with photos on swapping a certain Honda seat from one ride to another and how the back rail had to have a custom piece welded to it so it would work on the rear inside mount.
Temp - There's ton's of links on here if someone does a search on swapping seats and what will and won't work unless you want to do some customizing.

Yeah, I had to do some customizing myself but I got them to fit.

my 2 cents. I have 96 Prelude seats in my CRX they do sit high. but was an easy install. wider but that worked out because the crx stock holes were rusted out.
