got one little question
ok, I just bought some headlight eye brows and painted them and was going to put them on until I noticed the little knobby things I have on my headlights. I've got a 94 accord and I don't know if they are all like this, but they stop the eyebrows from being flush up against the headlight and they don't really stay on very good. What I was wondering was if there was anyone else on here that have these things and have had this problem, if I should just file those ***** down or are there oem 5th gen headlights that I could get that don't have these knobby things.
ps. - why the hell did honda do this to the headlights? what purpose do those knobby things serve?

the JDM headlights don't have these "knobby things"

They used for possitioning a tool to align the headlights.

If you look carefully, you'll see some number for alignmnent of the headlight too.
the later generation dont have that nipple because honda put in little meter in them
