Default cd player installed, now right side dont work (did search)

i installed a cd player (aiwa) in a 00 civic, used a harness (1721) now the whole right side doesnt work anymore. i double checked all the wires, and fade, balance etc etc. i am running out of ideas! i even wired the speakers to the left side and still no sound.
any help will be appreciated! TIA!

Okay lets look at it this way.

a. did all the speakers work with the old unit?
If yes...check harness (1721) to see if speakers pop use a 1.5-9v battery
on the pos and neg to *pop* the speakers. If they pop you may have a
bad channel on radio...get it replaced if its a recent purchase.

Hope this helps

blah, screw the popping. Get a meter that does Ohms, measure out the lines. This way you can tell exactly what the speakers are reading, which will be of more use than just knowning if they pop.
