Default Rear Hatch question

My 98 gsr got into an accident and so the whole rear hatch need to be replace. I was wondering if I could get a 98 LS hatch to replace my 98 Gsr hatch without any problems? Would it be interchangable? Would the rear wiper function the same..defrost..and etc..

i've seen those before... who sells those and would you have to get a plexiglass window.... unless its like a crazy multi-layered hatch, i don't think it'll hold up to conventional glass.

those look retarded if they are left unpainted. The glass is most of the weight anyway, and if you get the FAL rear window, it has no defroster, so when it rains or falls below dewpoint and your rear window gets all fogged up, you're SOL.

Just get an LS hatch w/o a wing or holes and the brake light inside the glass.
