Default gsr IM on ls

my friend with a 97 gsr installed a skunk 2 IM and has his stock IM laying around. I have a 92 hatch with a LS swap and i was wondering if first the gsr IM would fit the ls and second would i see any gains? thanks

The bolt pattern for the B series nonVTEC cylinder heads is completely different than that of the VTEC's (which are a little more similar but still not direct bolt ups). I'm sure it is possible with a custom conversion plate but I doubt you would see any gains at all, you would probably actually lose power. I personally hate the stock P72 IN manifold and will swap it or remove the IAB's whenever possible but that's just me.

no, it wont bolt in.
If you really wanted to, you could modify it to fit and run it with a rpm activated switch
