Default Venom performance chip

Hey i was wondering if any of u guys have, or know anything about those venom performance chips. (you know the one advertised in every import mag.) I might buy one off of a friend who had it for his 89 integra, he said he felt a pretty good diffrance when he put it on. but i am not sure if he is just bullshiting me. I have a 89 crx w/ zc and pg7 computer. so i am pretty sure it will work on my car because its basicly the same as an 89 integra. The kid said he would sell it to me for $85. And it cost $300 new, so if it actuly works in sure i will buy it off him

thanks

Do not buy it. Do some research, this is such an in depth topic, its huge. You can get way better stuff, for way better prices, that is just BS.

this box does what your right foot can accomplish for free
this device hacks in to you throttle postion sensor, and tricks the computer into thinking its at wide open throttle, when only at part. it also advances timiming somewhat. to what degree i have no idea.
