Default Bright Lights On B16 Crx

Ok, 91 rex si with B16. The head light and tail lights on my passenger side are much brighter than the lights on the driver's side. Why could this be?

different light bulbs, less resistance in the wires on one side, maybe the fuse for the lights is the wrong amperage..im not sure dood just tryin to throw out some ideas, someone else on here will probably know more about that.

hahahaha. notice this is the case with all 88-91 crxs? its the left taillight that always gets water in it, dirtys the inner lens, dirtys the bulb, and dims the light. VERY common.
