Man, this sux. This was the main site I came to get information. I am not sure where else I will go.

I noticed that there has been a pretty steady trend for people getting out of modding Hondas. Looks like it is more dramatic than I thought.

Fortunately, I am almost done modifying my Prelude. I too, was VERY seriously considering a 240SX as my next car to build. Maybe I will stop back if I get one.

I give thanks to Honda-tech. I learned a lot here. Thanks to all who shared their knowledge. It helped a lot of us.

I hope so, However, I know that satan_SRV was working on a new, "project". I wonder if the new, "project" has anything to do with a Nissan. He sold off his Accord Euro tranny.

I don't think they would play a trick like this. Oh well, I guess we will see.

I would have believed it more if the dollar amount was not $10k

$10k is a lot of money, and very few people would fork over that much money and not expect a return.

It would have been better if it was $3k or something. That would have been more believable.

 

i talked to anthony about it through pm and he was maintaining that it was all true. i'm a skeptic though, i'll believe it when i see it.

no comment. Personally, I am not a traitor to the honda world. I live and breath working on honda's as many of you guys do. But honestly, FWD sucks. A part of the deal would be a company supplied car... the moderators that do get granted with cars do not permanently own them but I think dustin mentioned something about a discount option. I have wanted a 240 for some time now and I believe this would be the perfect opportunity to get one. And having a g35 as a DD is not a bad idea either.

I agree. I like Hondas but the FWD thing kinda sux. I know the 240SX crazy is going to be the next "Civic". It is a good all around performing car, especially with the SR20DET motor.

I guess it is true. I was hoping otherwise, but that doesn't seem like a possibility.

 

I thought it was an April fools joke before I even read this thread. Why would Nissan put any money towards buying a website name and then changing it to Nissan-tech. I'm almost 99% sure this is a joke, and also, why didn't the Honda-Tech community get warned about this before it even happened? I say it's a joke

That's good to hear. I guess it is funny to some people. I like a good joke, but I think this failed at it's attempt.
