I've got a 1987 Acura Integra with an automatic transmission. I want to swap out my automatic transmission and have a 5 speed installed. I can accumulate all the parts needed to do it right, I just don't have the know how of transmissions to do the swap properly with just me and my dad. None of the transmission shops here in portland/beaverton, OR will do it or even help me with it. That is why I have come to the smart guys here at Honda tech to get some assistance because i practically have a honda(d16 engine). Any help would be great. My car is my dead grandma's so it means alot to me and i dont plan on just ditching it for a different car. Its not my daily driver either so i can afford to have it sitting for a while.
