planning on painting a set of itr rims bronze, but i'm trying to get a close or exact match to the color of the volk te37 that comes in bronze. I know it also depends on the surface that volk uses on their rims, but any good info, help, suggestion and comments would be greatly appreciated. Also where I can get the paint if possible. thanks in advance

- Back from the long lost dead! Looking to get some TE37's refinished in the volk bronze. Anybody know where I can get the paint, or what the code is? I found this thread from a google search , I'm just looking for a little extra help and price comparisons.

Wheel companies such as Volk and Work do not release their color codes. They are "industry secrets" amongst mfrs. You cannot even get touch up paint from them. You may get lucky and find someone who has come close by experimenting but you will not get them from the mfrs. Your best bet is to hit up a paint shop and try to get the color matched up as close as possible and then have all the wheels done so they match. I have a customer (body shop) trying to match some Work XD-9s. They have painted them a couple times and cant match them. They are only doing 2 of them instead of all 4. They may end up buying their customer 2 new wheels in order to match them up.
