Default I need to ask a ? about using legend rotors on my 4th gen vtec lude?

First, I've search for this info. and have not found anything.

Ok, I have a set of legend twin piston calipers and the 28T brackets that come with them.

1. I want to know if I can use the legend rotors which are thicker than the vtec rotors on my 4th gen lude if I redrill the proper 4x114.5 lug pattern into the legend rotors?
2. Will this make the rotors a bolt on affair and also eliminate the need for a 5mm spacer on the brake pad?
3.Also, will the offset be OK?

I am not worried about redrilling the rotors, its done by many well known brake companies, so the last thing I need to hear is Do not redrill the rotors. I have not had any problems doning this before.

Thanks guys for any info you can provide.

yes, it was the first one I read and there is nothing in there answering my question of putting legend rotors on a 4th gen. It only talks about the 5th gen and them having the same bolt pattern which I know.

Thanks though

Oops... sorry. Sometimes I have selective reading habits.

Honestly dude, I wouldn't worry about it, its not worth it.. The difference in the rotor thickness you will barely tell, and thats if you roadrace the car..

I agree.

Trust me, if Corey doesn't need them....you can bet you don't need them.

answers:
1. yes you can use the ledgend rotors if you redrill to the 4x114.5 pattern, or you already have a 5 lug conversion
2. if you use the ledgend rotor, it is 5mm thicker hence you will not need the 5mm spacer if you were to use the stock vtec rotors.
3. im not sure what you mean by offset, but our callipers are floating design so they move where they need to go

Thanks for the info. prelittlelude. and for everyones input. But I just wanted to know if it would fit, not about the benefits or non-benefits of using the legend rotors.

Prelittlelude you answered my questions, Thanks

what I ment by offset, I was talking about the rotor hat pushing the rim out, but I might be mistaken.
