H22a studders????
my h22a studders for no apparent reason when its in fifth going like 45-55 and periodically in other gears at random times. i just loose all power for about 3 seconds and it just decellerates then allthe sudden its just fine and ready to go?????
if you're in fifth gear at 45 it's gonna studder or bog if you gas it too hard.
sounds to me like you might be shifting too early
i never gas it too hard when i'm low in the rpm's, puts more stress on the mota

No thats not it.
This happens to tons of people with H22s and nobody can figure it out. I've had this problem forever, its off and on, and I can not for the life of me figure it out.
Are you swapped or is your lude a VTEC?

wtf are you talking about? maybe you need to check your ecu/wiring/fuel injectors. Mine runs like a swiss watch

Dont ask me WTF I'm talking about. I been around the boards a while and see this problem come up very often on all of the boards and I just so happen to have the same problem. I have been troubleshooting long enough to know its a rather tricky problem.

i got h23 and mine studders like a biatch from start and from 1st to 2nd ,not only at low rpms but at high too, i would assume its the way you switch gears and balance out clutch and gas pedals?

All im saying is i doubt honda would release it if it was doing **** like that. Does it happen all the time or only when its cold?

its swapped and it has just started recently. but it is very off and on and i can for the life of me figure it out ive checked everything. and it verys in the rpm range it does it sometimes when i get on it at low speeds and it does it when im just driving normal. it just happens when ever there is no connections that point to the problem it just does it when ever it feels like it. but thanks for all your input and if you figure it out let me know!!!
mines been swapped for almost a year and it just started last month is yours JDM could it maybe have something to do with the internal coil crapping out thats the only thing i can think of
I like everyone else have the same problem and it showed up a couple weeks after my swap(JDM H22). I have two theories as to what can be causing it. The p13 ECU really isnt all that great or its something to do with the knock sensor in my case. I dont understand why the knock sensor would cause this but it is possible that it throws everything off in the ECU. I have been told that if you use aftermarket ECUs with Hondata it will solve the problem. I am in the same boat as everyone else and if anyone figures it out I would be interested to know.
