Default gsr radiator

is hte GSR radiator from a 94-95 teg aluminum? mine is a "showa aluminum" radiator.. and its quite new. Just wondering wtf this thing is

yes aluminum, but with plastic end caps.
showa is the oem mfg'er
nice radiator, but ITR, fluidyne, c&r and koyo are superior - being less weight and of higher build quality.

~the ITR is full almuinum though, and made by Nippon/Denso~

yes aluminum, but with plastic end caps.
The leak most likely will develop at the plastic end caps crimp.
Happened to mine.

Happened to mine.
eventually this will happen to everyone. your regular radiator should be OK to cool under most circumstances, but upgrade to a higher quality when it does break

about three months ago i blew my radiator on the highway due to reving my **** too high at like 130mph. like the other guys say, buy a hp radiator replacement due to the fact that they are around the same price if not cheaper than the $400 replacement stock radiator i bought at the dealer
