Go through passwordjdm(LEO)..took mine maybe 4-5 days from japan(J's racing)...w/ the NEW Filter not carbon bling one.
$250+ but comes w/ all ya need even Flawless Carbon not plastic,...but I'm guessin your wanting a used one?

Butt dyno gave me:

 

new or used...as long as good condition...leo told me it would be about 3 weeks from japan....

 

maybe I bought the last one?? but either way...maybe not..he told me 5-7days too but I got it exactly 5 days from when I ordered it??
