knock sensor; 5th to 4th gen

does anyone know if the knock sensor from a 5th gen would fit on a 4th gen? they look similar but the connector is a diff. color

i think all honda knocks are the same, call your local dealership and ask for the part numbers to be sure

H series has a different knock than B series... I had one break on me, swapped one from a 1995 GSR, and found out they are completely different plugs.

it may be a difference from OBD I to OBD II as mine was a 1997 harness and plug.

just for reference, the OBD I B18C had a round plug with 27mm base. the OBD II H23A block and harness I have has a square plug and a 24mm base.
