Will a 99-00 front bumper fit a 93 CX Hatch?

Not without some pretty serious modifications. I mean first just think about the headlights? You would need serious fiberglass work, or swap front ends.

Not necessarily fiberglass work. You're going to need to do some custom fabrication (meaning welding), but it can be done by modifying the 99-00 parts. the whole front end (hood, fenders, bumper, bumper supports, fender supports, rad. support, ect.) of the 99-00 will be needed, you can't just use the bumper. That's exactly what I said. I told him he would need the entire front end. WITHOUT IT he would need to do some serious fiberglass work to get the front end to align with his current headlights.
