tried doin the researching the archived but couldn't find a good anwser...so bear with me...i just hit about 76xxx miles on the car and recently turboed it....i decided to switch to sysnthetic one day but the one dude i asked at kragen said it wasreally bad to just switch from regular oil to synthetic out of no where....now...i'm scared shitless cuz i don't wanna **** up the motor....anybody could anwser otherwise or back that up??......oh yeah..... i actually did switch over too recently for the 1st time....don't know if i should switch back or what...

 

if you put it in your motor you cant go back your motors going to smoke ..and even with syn depending on piston to wall clearences you cars going to burn oil and smoke..it lubricates right past piston rings..its more of a problem on aftermarket internals you might not have as much of a problem with a stock honda build..

 

yeah...its actaully all stock...and dat one dude at kragen said it might brun the piston rings faster or something like that.....****....is this game over for the motor??

 

no it wont hurt the motor it might just burn a little oil it doesnt hurt the piston rings at all that guys an idiot..it jsut gets past them some times...with your motor i dont think it wil smoke unlkess you go back to reg oil...if its buirning oil you will see blueish white smoke in your exhaust black is fuel white is coolant blue is oil..
