failed inspection today...
blew a 700hc outta aloud 200hc...changed spark plugs,plug wires,cat converter,o2 sensors...an im still blowing above 500-600...what is going wrong here??
we tried tripping the ECU but no codes came up,can it be bad or anything going wrong with the ECU??
what all can i do to help this out or get me threw inspection?? has this happened to anyone else...

i have a 94 honda accord with 95 JDM h22a vtec 2.2L....cold air intake,dc sport headers,bosch spark plugs, apexi exhaust,high flow cat,....cant remember what else...

but anything will help me out guys,any suggestions..thank you all
