removing bumpers and replacing them? please help!
i have a 99 civic hatch
i have a wing west body kit my back bumper is really lose because it looks like someone bumped into me from behind , there is a bit of red paint on my black bumper , i was wondering if the bumper is bolt on or if there is special fittings that are holding them, how can i get it so that it is nice and tight?
